TNT - Call for Applications

The Training New Trainers is a workshop that focus on enabling you to:

be able to run a workshop
develop the attitudes of a trainer
have sufficient knowledge to deliver a training session
be aware of the importance of training in the IFMSA

This will be achieved through structured sessions, with clear aims and objectives.

It will be expected that you do some work beforehand to improve your knowledge in either group dynamics or project work. You will learn how to prepare yourself for a training session, how to facilitate group discussion and how to engage people in an interactive way. Trainers will come from outside the IFMSA and within the IFMSA, to provide the very best possible mix of experience.



After the workshop you will get an immediate opportunity to put your newly learned skills in to action by running sessions and the IFMSAs General Assembly following the workshop.

Registration
Each potential applicant will have to submit via e-mail to AllanBuus@yahoo.dk:

1. a CV of relevant experience, i.e. within the IFMSA or similar organisations

2. a completed application form - download at: www.homepage.mac.com/tim.rittman

3. an e-mail of support from their NMO President



The deadline for applications is strictly 1st December 2004. A decision will be made and all successful and unsuccessful applicants informed on or before Monday 5th of December 2004.



Requirements for application are:

· English language to a reasonable level

· willing to stay for the entire workshop and entire IFMSA General Assembly, March 2005
